Medical Appointment Cards

This card was created in Adobe Illustrator CC. The specifications for this card were that it should have a simple medically themed logo as well as contact information and a place to write down information about upcoming appointments. There were various iterations of the logo including an EKG line, but since the company itself is a medical practice and lab, a beaker worked better. The client requested a clean modern theme and a card that can serve as a standard for all employees in the company. The main way this is accomplished is by having the name and degrees listed above the line and the employee’s title in the company just underneath. The fonts used on both sides include Verlag Book and Bold.
