Logos

The "Jevilla" logo was created in Adobe Illustrator CC. This logo was created for a friend for a potential clothing company. The client wanted the logo to have a “cute” and “sexy” theme with either a hear or a star as a graphic element. Since it’s a clothing company, decided to use a heart as a neck line and have the “I” come to a point like a needle. In order to give this a more modern look, I chose a thin font. This also helps to match the thin look of the needle “I”. The font used in this creation is Megrim Regular. The "Clockwork Curiosities" logo was created in Adobe Illustrator CC. This logo is for a fictional company and it started out simply as an experiment in creating clockwork gears. There are various different ways to create them and they can have many different looks. I wanted to create a gear that was simple, but still looked obviously like a gear. I think that the main point of gears is movement so I tried to convey that by adding a second one to show either movement or the potential for movement in the logo. I would imagine this as a logo for an old time clock shop or an antique store. The fonts used were Sunday Regular for the word “Clockwork” and Perpetua Titling MT for the word “Curiosities”.
